List of variables

* Raw counts: The number of sequencing reads (fragments) that are aligned (mapped) to a specific gene or transcript in the genome
* Normalized counts: Raw counts corrected for sequencing depth, gene length, and other technical factors between samples, to allow gene expression levels to be compared across genes and/or samples

* Comparisons (done with DESeq2, on normalized counts)
* Basemean: The average of the normalized counts for a given gene across all samples in the dataset, regardless of condition.
* Log2foldchange: The log base 2 of the ratio of gene expression levels between two conditions or groups (e.g., treated vs. untreated, tumor vs. normal).
* lfcSE: The log2 fold change Standard Error.
* P value: The probability of observing the measured difference in gene expression by chance, assuming there is no real difference between your experimental conditions.
* P value adjusted: The adjusted p-value which accounts for multiple testing (controlled by False Discovery Rate)
